Changes of Key Soil Factors, Biochemistry and Bacterial Species Composition during Seasons in the Rhizosphere and Roots of Codonopsis pilosula (tangshen)

Codonopsis pilosula is a medicinal and edible herb with rich nutritional value. In Gansu Province, China, its production quality yield differ during the four seasons. Here, we investigated differences in microfloral composition metabolic functions rhizospheric soil roots of C. seasons, also analyzed their dynamic synergistic effects on growth carbohydrate content change. The samples were for plant physiology, using high-throughput sequencing technology. Environmental indices including physiochemistry meteorological conditions determined by coupled chromatography–spectroscopy technique. results revealed that was affected temperature, precipitation light intensity, bacterial structures root showing obvious seasonal changes. Due to diversity microbial community function, effect environmental factors, there are significant stress resistance, physiological status metabolites different Furthermore, change seasons significantly correlated pilosula. This study provides scientific basis improvement refinement local Radix cultivation methods.
